Something is better than nothing

Of course it´s better to focus on what you are doing, concentrate and meditate.... but something is better than nothing. There is the saying, "you have to be in it to win it"... and I guess I need to make sure that at the very least I am in it, even if "in it" is mechanical, than not at all. If I am not here at all, there will be no chance of me ever getting closer to love of God and his friends. ... and to gain more of a taste... i need to associate...
